Curve Client Survey 2023: The Results
Every year, after we survive the whirlwind of the April royalty reporting deadline, we send around a client survey. In this survey we ask our clients to rate Curve on various different aspects of our platform and business. It also gives the clients an opportunity to provide written feedback and send us ideas for features they would like to see. Some clients even use it to send some lovely compliments to their client managers or to the overall team, which is obviously our favourite use of the survey!
At Curve, we're on a mission to create a royalty accounting platform that caters to our clients' every need. Our goal is to provide a seamless and stress-free workflow that transforms those unavoidable deadlines into a breeze. But that's not all: we also take pride in our client support and strive to provide fast, friendly and professional answers to all your Curve or royalties related questions. Our clients provide valuable input in this survey, and it helps us determine whether we're on the right track. We would love to share the results of this year's survey with you.
To get straight to the point: our final question to the clients was a classic: How likely are you to recommend Curve to others? This question had a ranking of 1 - 10, with one being 'very unlikely' and 10 being 'very likely'. We are very proud to say our average score on this question is a 9!

After all that praise, let's dive into some of the details, looking at our score across some more specific areas. The next questions are all ranked from 1 - 5, with 5 being the best score.
Customer support
As we mentioned before, providing high quality customer support is very important to us. We have a team of client managers who guide new clients as they onboard into Curve and are available to answer questions as clients use the platform. Our clients have rated our customer support an amazing 4.9/5, which we are incredibly proud of!
Curve Reliability
Up next: the reliability of the platform. As a user of a royalty platform, you need to be able to trust your platform is getting your calculations right. When it comes to software, you also want to make sure the software is available, doesn't crash, and works fast. Our clients has rated Curve's reliability with a 4.7/5!

Curve Interface
Finally, we also asked for input about Curve's user interface. Royalty systems and accounting systems don't have the best reputation when it comes to their interface: they're often a bit clunky and not very attractive. Thankfully, our clients don't seem to feel that way about Curve: another 4.7/5 rating!
Needless to say we're very proud of these results, and we will strive to be even better by the time next April comes around! We have also received a lot of valuable feedback in the form of feature suggestions and general comments, which we have discussed in the wider Curve team to help us prioritise our feature developments and resources.
